These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the LINEUP Sports Cards & Golf Club text messaging program (the "Program"), operated by LINEUP CO, LLC ("LINEUP," "we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

The LINEUP SMS Program sends recurring automated marketing text messages, including:

  • Live-stream alerts (when we go live on Whatnot, eBay Live, YouTube, and other platforms)
  • New product drops and restocks
  • Card breaks, auctions, and exclusive sales
  • Promotional offers and member-only deals
  • Order and shipping updates (where applicable)

Message frequency: approximately 4–8 messages per month, though frequency may vary.

2. How to Opt In

You can join the Program by:

  • Texting our keyword — text LINEUP to our toll-free number (provided once approved)
  • Scanning the QR code displayed during our live streams or in our retail location
  • Checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout on our Site
  • Submitting your number through a sign-up form on our Site

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from LINEUP at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may be required to confirm your opt-in by replying Y to a confirmation message (double opt-in).

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and plan. LINEUP is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive further marketing messages unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by emailing adrian@lineupco.com with the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.

6. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to participate in the Program.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or terminate the Program or these SMS Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, timely, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINEUP disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINEUP, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
